DELIVERY INFORMATION
When Shabby Meets Chic currently offers delivery only within the UAE.
Once you place your order online, you will receive an automated email acknowledging the receipt of your order. This email is only a confirmation of receipt of your order request and does not constitute delivery/payment of your order.
Our packages are delivered through a third party courier company.
You (or a designated receiver) must be at home to accept delivery.
The courier will call you either en route or once at your delivery location.
If a customer cannot be reached within 48 hours When Shabby Meets Chic reserves the right to cancel or re-arrange delivery without further notice and extra charges may apply.
In case of any disputes, When Shabby Meets Chic reserves the right of final decision.

Delivery Charge For All Store Products (except furniture)
When Shabby Meets Chic offers UAE-wide delivery on all purchases with a flat rate charge of Aed22 anywhere in the UAE (except out of city areas*). This is regardless of weight, dimension or size.
Out of City Areas will be charged at Aed40 per delivery (this will be conveyed to the customer once the order has been received).
Once your order is on it's way we will email you the tracking details. Delivery is commonly expected the next working day, but during high season and/or festivals, can take up to 3 working days. Out of City areas can expect delivery between 3 to 7 days.
We currently do no offer the option of cash on delivery. Order can only be paid for online, or in cash upon collection (not delivery).

Pick up/ Self Collection
Pick-ups are more than welcome. We are in Mirdif, street 49A, villa 4 (the wooden gate by the sidewalk of the villa). If you have selected the Click and Collect option, and we haven't heard from you within the day, we will contact you to touch base on a time when you can collect.​
Orders for collection can be paid for either online or in cash on collection.
Orders that are not paid for within 48 hours may be cancelled.
