Our Returns Policy
We love helping you create a home you adore with our paints, but sometimes things don't go exactly as planned. If you're not thrilled with your purchase, don't worry! We're here to make things right.
Here's the scoop on returns and exchanges:

Fresh, Unopened Goodies: No problem! You can return or exchange unopened paints and supplies within 3 days of delivery. We want you to love everything you get from us.

Opened Cans or Missing Pieces: We get it, mistakes happen! Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on opened items or items missing the original packaging (think boxes, instructions, etc.).

Whoops! It Got Damaged: Uh oh! If your paint or supplies arrived damaged, we'll gladly swap them out for the same or a similar product. Just let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. If we don't have a replacement available, you can choose between store credit for future purchases or a full refund. Store credit is valid for one year, so you have plenty of time to figure it out.
Need to return or exchange an item? No problem! Simply send an email to muby.astruc@gmail.com with the subject line "Exchange [Order Number]." Briefly explain the issue with the item, and if it's damaged, include photos taken before opening it (if applicable). Don't forget to include your contact information. We're committed to ensuring a positive experience for all our customers, so feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
