If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with these guidelines.
Goods once purchased are considered final sale. There are no exchanges or refunds available for any merchandise, unless damaged.
If a product you have received is damaged, it can be exchanged for the same or similar product. In the event that what you have ordered is a one-of-its-kind item, you will receive store credit to purchase other products from our store.
Store Credit is valid for 14 days, after which it expires.
You have seven calendar days to return damaged item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
In order to claim exchange for a damaged product, please follow the list below:

Please provide a detailed explanation of the damage, along with photographs of the damaged item prior to opening it, or taking it out of the box (when relevant).
Please list your contact number on the email. A member of our team will contact you shortly.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will update you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.
Products once opened are not subject to exchange.
